The 2nd ISME North American Regional Seminar and Summit

March 25-26, 2010 in Anaheim California

In conjunction with the 2010 Biennial Music Educators National Conference

Sponsored by the NAMM Foundation

The ISME North American Regional Seminar and Summit will speak to the need for a continued and informed understanding of how music teaching within North America can be fortified and connected to a larger community. Recognizing that the field of music education benefits from strong leadership organizations and institutions that address issues related to curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, advocacy and policy, the 2010 ISME North American Regional Seminar and Summit will revolve around Leadership Development and Networking as focal points for the two days of addresses, presentations, and round-tables within a dual strand structure. The event will identify the needs, challenges, and best practices originating from Canada, Mexico and the United States as well as essential components towards building continued collaboration between ISME’s North American Regional Conference and other North American organizations. It promises be a timely and exciting time and you are encouraged to join:
